Planning Phase

You have committed to investing in a new facility.

The planning phase is typically before your shovel hits the ground. Initial blueprints and designs have been drafted, and you have entered DID with your OEM partner. This is your opportunity to align your operations with your facility’s design before costly missteps, retrofits, or misaligned workflows ever happen.

At Arreis, we partner with you at this critical stage to set the foundation for a high-performing, experience-driven dealership. A deep-dive into how your processes, people, and technology integrate into the blueprints, helping to reduce oversights, and costly change orders after the construction begins.

You’ve invested in the building. Now invest in how it works.

The Arreis approach ensures your dealership doesn’t just look good on the outside but operates with precision, pride, and purpose on the inside.

Let’s make your next move your smartest one yet.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE

The plans are set. Now it’s time to get real about how it’s all going to work.

Your facility is approved and construction is about to begin, or just getting started. This is one of the final windows of opportunity to make strategic adjustments before walls go up, systems are installed, and “it’s too late” becomes the most expensive phrase in your vocabulary.

During this phase, Arreis prepares your team for continued success through the interim operations, as well as working to map how your future vision will work in the space so that you are prepared to deliver excellence from day one in your new facility.
